Planning, Finnish Debate, Book store coffee house?- home.

Since it is exam week, I have it off. I use this time for planning. Regaining my engery. Exploring and learning.

I found a coffee house and set up shop to plan the Suomi Tour. Planned for late june 2015- early july

friends. gotta love those fins. some of the best right here

I met up with my Fins after to go and watch one of their debates. I am going to be honest, I understood very little. But thats not the point. I supported my friends in the states, I will support these guys. They are so true.

after we all went for food. yas.

So inbetween there was a thing where they had to go back and do some prep work. I had a few hours till I would meet up with them later. I went exploring.

I found a gem
My top Place in helsinki
It is a coffee house, secondhad bookstore, academia hangout. It is filled wiht people from around the world. I sat around discussing politics and ideas over a glass of russian tea. It feels like home. I have been back many times. They have live music or poetry or accoridan shows there all the time. Art and pool playing if you want. Under the little front room is a catacom of other little rooms which offer worlds for me.

Something newly learned from exchange year was screamed at me

Be Curious.

  1. Debt Free Lisa Graham feels like a lead weight that hangs around your neck, and with student loans, car payments, and medical bills, it all adds up into a pretty heavy one. Learning to confront your loans head-on and form a strategy for paying them down can help you start managing them. Get out from under your loans and get back in the world, then learn to stay debt free.
